Brown Animal Clinic in Peoria, IL seeks a Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, patient flow, and multi-line phones with compassionate service.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and teamwork, with full-time scheduling Monday–Saturday and a pay range of $15–$17 per hour. Benefits include health, life, EAP, 401k, and PTO.

Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Peoria, IL

Brown Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist /Client Service Representativeto serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.

In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday. Two Saturday's a month

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
