Job summary
Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Washington, PA. The position offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with 7–8 hour shifts and rotating Saturdays, no on-call or holiday hours.

- Previous veterinary reception experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Calm and professional under stressful situations
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily workflow
- Check patients in and out and maintain accurate records
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Explain hospital services, recommendations, and next steps clearly to clients
- Respond to client questions with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to support patient care
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk
- Contribute to a positive client and patient experience
