• Availability for full-time hours, including rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help keep the day running.
• Check clients in/out, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate clearly with clients and collaborate with doctors and staff.
• Share knowledge with the team and offer/ask for help as needed.
