• Previous veterinary reception experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Confidence communicating with clients in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow.
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information.
• Process invoices and collect payments.
• Communicate hospital services, recommendations, and next steps clearly to clients.
• Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client communications.
• Coordinate closely with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support patient care.
• Maintain an organized, efficient front desk.
• Help create a positive experience for every client and patient who visits.
