Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and scheduling needs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments while helping maintain an efficient hospital workflow.
• Check clients and patients in and out.
• Process payments and review invoices with clients.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, hospital services, and next steps.
• Anticipate the needs of the veterinary team and help promote efficiency throughout the hospital.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Support clients during both routine visits and emotionally difficult situations.
• Jump in and assist teammates wherever needed.
