Mission Pet Health's Parkside Animal Hospital in Keller, TX, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and patients in a community-focused practice. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, coordinate appointments, handle billing, maintain medical records, and support the team in delivering compassionate, high‑quality care for all small animals.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules, handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence, treat each pet like your own.
