Mission Pet Health's Parkside Animal Hospital in Keller, TX, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and patients in a community-focused practice. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, coordinate appointments, handle billing, maintain medical records, and support the team in delivering compassionate, high‑quality care for all small animals.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Detail oriented and able to express and empathy and kindness.
• Veterinary experience is preferred and excellent customer service skills is required.
• Available to work Monday through Friday and on Saturday (full-time schedule).
