Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary setting preferred and excellent customer service skills required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, show empathy, and treat each pet like your own.
