Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with animals in mind.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexibility to work some weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Coordinate care: maintain records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Provide a compassionate, empathetic presence to clients and their pets.
