Blue Sky Veterinary Clinic in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to join our award-winning team. This full-time role offers a $21.00–$23.00 per hour salary based on experience and a 4x10 schedule to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling, processing payments, and educating on preventive care. Prior veterinary experience is preferred and growth into technician roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate hospital communications
• Process payments and maintain client and patient records
• Educate clients on hospital services and preventive care recommendations
• Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
• Support veterinarians and the medical team through effective communication and coordination
• Help create an exceptional experience for every client and patient
