Western Veterinary Partners seeks an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative in Salem, OR to be the welcoming face of Animal Care Center Veterinary Clinic. You will manage appointments, answer phones, handle in-person visits, and process transactions with compassionate, professional service.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and able to navigate emotionally sensitive situations while supporting a team in a fast-paced setting. Full-time, 4/10 schedule, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior front-desk experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with multi-line phones and front-desk software is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; patient and client-focused service.
• Able to stay organized and handle busy periods with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
