Job summary

Blue Sky Veterinary Clinic in Bend, Oregon, is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to greet clients, manage appointments, and coordinate hospital communications. You will help maintain records, educate clients on services, and support the medical team while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role requires prior veterinary front-doffice experience (preferred), strong communication, and a collaborative, compassionate approach.

• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society preferred.
