• Experience in veterinary hospital reception preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure pets receive the best care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence and treat each pet with care.
