Job summary

Belvoir Pet Hospital in Cleveland, OH, seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice. You will manage appointments, greet clients, answer phones, and processing payments with compassion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, prior veterinary receptionist experience, and strong communication and organization skills to thrive in a busy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience required.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and in-person client interactions.
• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software (Avimark) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain records.
• Positive, collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients.
• Schedule and manage appointments and patient flow throughout the day.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
