All-Star Veterinary Clinic is located in Westfield, IN, and has been serving the community for 18 years. We are a full-service animal hospital providing veterinary care to dogs and cats, including routine medical, surgical, and dental services. As a Receptionist, you will:

1. Handle client calls for scheduling and inquiries.
2. Prioritize multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate client and pet records, including referrals and medical histories.
4. Assist clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and appointments.
5. Use hospital computer systems for documentation and communication.
6. Manage hospital finances by processing transactions and following cash handling procedures.
7. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
8. Educate clients on pet health, preventative care, and hospital services.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and show empathy towards clients and pets.
10. Operate standard office equipment and understand veterinary terminology.
11. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
12. Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
13. Work independently and accept direction on tasks.
14. Possess strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
15. Communicate effectively, demonstrating good judgment and stress management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $14.00-$18.00/hour based on experience.
