This position offers flexible shifts including: (10am - 6pm), (2pm - 10pm), and (9pm - 5am).

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are vital to our hospital's success. You will be the first BluePearl Associate that clients see, ensuring each client receives the care and attention they need. You must be able to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally challenging situations.

As a Client Services Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

1. Greeting clients warmly and professionally every time they enter the hospital.
2. Offering a friendly smile, maintaining strong eye contact, and demonstrating an approachable demeanor.
3. Listening compassionately to clients.
4. Communicating clearly and calmly both in person and over the phone.
5. Assessing clients' needs and their pets' conditions upon arrival.
6. Determining the urgency of emergency cases.
7. Responding to non-patient calls or visitors and directing them appropriately.
8. Confirming appointments and providing clients with preparation instructions.
9. Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients discreetly and compassionately.
10. Acting as a liaison during handling of pet remains, ensuring a respectful process.
