BluePearl Pet Hospital in Southfield, MI is hiring extraordinary Client Service Coordinators!

This position offers flexible shifts including: (10am - 6pm), (2pm - 10pm), and (9pm - 5am).

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are vital to our hospital's success. You will be the first BluePearl Associate that clients see, ensuring each client receives the care and attention they need. You must be able to function calmly and compassionately in emotionally challenging situations.

As a Client Services Coordinator:

1. You will greet clients warmly and make friendly eye contact upon entry.
2. You will always offer a friendly smile, maintain strong eye contact, and display an approachable demeanor.
3. You will be a compassionate listener.
4. You will speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the phone to ensure clients understand.
5. You will assess each client's needs and the pet's condition upon arrival.
6. You will determine if an emergency is a "stat" or "standard" emergency.
7. You will respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member.
8. You are responsible for confirming appointments and providing clients with accurate preparation instructions.
9. You will offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients discreetly and compassionately.
10. You serve as a liaison during handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete and respectful process.
