BluePearl Pet Hospital in Southfield, MI is hiring extraordinary Client Service Coordinators!

This position offers flexible shifts including: 10am - 6pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 9pm - 5am.

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are vital to our hospital's success. You will be the first BluePearl Associate that clients see, ensuring each client receives the care and attention they need. You must be able to function calmly and compassionately in emotionally challenging situations.

As a Client Services Coordinator, your responsibilities include:
  1. Greeting clients warmly and making friendly eye contact upon entry.
  2. Offering a friendly smile, maintaining strong eye contact, and displaying an approachable demeanor.
  3. Listening compassionately to clients.
  4. Communicating clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the phone.
  5. Assessing clients and pets upon arrival to determine needs and condition.
  6. Determining emergency status (stat vs. standard) for arrivals.
  7. Responding to non-patient calls or visitors and directing them appropriately.
  8. Confirming appointments and providing clients with preparation instructions.
  9. Offering emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients discreetly and compassionately.
  10. Serving as a liaison during pet remains handling, ensuring a complete and respectful process.
