Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a busy veterinary practice in Sandy, UT. This entry-level role supports client communication, handles the phone system, and assists with front-desk tasks in the 12:00pm–8:00pm shift, including two Saturdays per month.

No prior veterinary experience required, but passion for people and animals helps. Applicants must be able to type, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate eloquently.

Job description

Looking for a Customer Service Representative for busy veterinary practice. This is for the 12:00pm-8:00pm position only. Must be able to work 2 Saturday's a month. The right candidate loves people as much as animals, can speak eloquently and eager to learn the exciting world of veterinary medicine. This is an entry level position unless you have worked in veterinary medicine in the past.

Must be able to type, lift up to 50lbs, excellent communication skills, answer multiline phone system, and be the first line of contact for clients
