Job summary

CareVet Reno Animal Hospital in Midwest City, OK is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist.Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining patient records. You will support veterinarians by handling calls, coordinating admissions, and assisting with pet-care purchases.

Requires strong communication and organizational skills; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out, invoice accordingly.

• Enter data into the billing system and retrieve prescriptions.
• Assist with pet supply purchases and store upkeep.
• Maintain waiting room cleanliness and assist with mobility as needed.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods
