Responsibilities

• Use Avimark and other office machines; manage emails, prescriptions, and patient records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; follow-up on patient progress.
• Assist technicians in hospital areas after training.
• Maintain paper-light workflow and accurate records.
• Reconcile deposits and handle various forms of payment.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Good computer skills (Avimark software) and the ability to use other office machines.
• Answer phones and take accurate messages. Be able to handle all types of high-volume phone calls. Relay information accurately to doctors and technicians.
• Utilizing the computer for emailing clients, getting prescription refills, lab results, patient records, etc.
• Be able to work in a paper-light hospital.
• Be able to Multi-task.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Make follow-up calls checking on the progress of patients.
• File medical records.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Be able to handle various forms of payment and reconcile deposits at end of the day.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Assist technicians in the hospital area, if needed, after training.
• Have a positive attitude.
