BluePearl Pet Hospital in Avondale, AZ, is looking for an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our team!

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are essential to the success of our hospital. In this position, you are the first BluePearl Associate that clients see. You will ensure that each client receives the care and attention they need. You must be able to function calmly and compassionately in emotionally challenging situations.

Position: Client Service Coordinator

Work Schedule: Sun-Tue 6a-6p

Pay: $18.00 - $25.70 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through the CareerTrax leveling system.

As a Client Services Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

1. Greeting clients warmly and offering professional acknowledgment upon entry.
2. Maintaining a friendly demeanor with eye contact and approachable attitude.
3. Listening compassionately to clients.
4. Speaking clearly and calmly in person and on the phone.
5. Assessing clients' needs and pet conditions upon arrival.
6. Determining emergency status of arrivals.
7. Responding to non-patient calls and directing visitors appropriately.
8. Confirming appointments and providing clients with preparation instructions.
9. Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
10. Handling pet remains with compassion and accuracy, serving as a liaison with service agencies.
