BluePearl Pet Hospital in Avondale, AZ, is looking for an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our team!

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are vital to our hospital's success. In this role, you are the first BluePearl Associate that clients see. You will ensure each client receives the care and attention they need, functioning calmly and compassionately in emotionally challenging situations.

Position: Client Service Coordinator

Work Schedule: Sun-Tue 6a-6p

Pay: $18.00 - $25.70 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through the CareerTrax leveling system.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally each time they enter the hospital.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor, with strong eye contact and a welcoming smile.
• Listen compassionately to clients.
• Speak clearly and calmly in person and on the phone to ensure understanding.
• Assess clients' needs and pet conditions upon arrival.
• Determine emergency priority (stat vs. standard).
• Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, directing them appropriately.
• Confirm appointments and prepare clients for their visits.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients discreetly.
• Serve as a liaison during pet remains handling, ensuring a respectful process.
