An established industry player in veterinary care is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join their compassionate team. Overview

From new puppies and kittens to graying seniors, we are there every step of the way. Our comprehensive suite of veterinary services ensures that every aspect of their wellbeing is given the excellent care they deserve.
Our hospital features a newly renovated lobby and rooms and is supported by a dedicated staff of 18. This part-time position has the potential to grow into full-time if desired. We are seeking a motivated individual with a growth-minded mindset who is passionate about providing exceptional client experiences!
Shift Details: This is a part-time position (under 30 hours/week) working Monday - Saturday with varying hours.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The Receptionist will support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.
