Located in Huntsville, AL, our full-service veterinary medical facility offers medical, surgical, and dental care. Our clinic is led by Dr. Matthew Bargo, a licensed veterinarian who acquired Huntsville Pet Vet in April 2022.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the hospital reception area's visual appeal
• Greeting and welcoming clients and patients
• Answering questions and triaging client concerns
• Managing calls and emails, directing them appropriately
• Scheduling appointments to optimize daily flow
• Checking in and out clients and processing payments
• Providing emotional support to clients in a compassionate and discreet manner

Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste, and contagious diseases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year veterinary reception experience preferred
• Compassionate, calm, team-oriented, multi-tasker, and effective communicator
