Odyssey Veterinary Care has an opportunity for a
Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
Odyssey is a state of the art facility able to do digital x-ray, dental x-ray, abdominal ultrasound, laser surgery, therapy laser, and stem cell procedures on site in addition to general practice. We strive to always provide excellent client and patient care and enjoy not only seeing our long-term clients, but meeting new clients and their furry families as well.
Location: 2934 Chapel Valley Road, Fitchburg, WI 53711
Shift Details: This is a full- time position (30+ hours/week). Typical full-time schedule: 7:45am-6pm 3 days per week, 12:00-8pm 1 day per week, 1 day off per week, rotational Saturdays (1-2 Saturdays per month). Odyssey is closed on Sundays. No on-call shifts.
Compensation: $19.00/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The Receptionist will support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.
