Job summary

Crossroads Veterinary Clinic in Cortland, NY is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients, check in and out patients, and manage front-desk operations in a fast-paced small animal practice.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, retrieve prescriptions, handle mail and emails, and help maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience.
• Organizational skills and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Computer skills; digitally proficient.
• Team oriented but able to work independently.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand for long periods.
