You would provide excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients, respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing pets, and handle payments. Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintain client informaion, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software. Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
