Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience in a veterinary practice or 2+ years of strong leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks and drive results with hospital partners.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and client experience.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to foster a positive culture and cohesive team.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, invoicing, and patient records in the practice management system.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management with HRBP support.
• Coordinate doctor and partner schedules to maintain doctor’s schedule and payroll.
• Review financials and work with Area Ops Manager to meet revenue targets and payroll budgets.
