• Contribute to annual budget planning and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliant and efficient use of technology and systems.
• Maintain client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
• Coordinate with Heartland Marketing on community outreach and partnerships.
• Staff scheduling, vendor management, and HR collaboration.
• Support clinic leadership with coaching and development of the team.
