Innovetive Petcare is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead the administrative side of a growing small animal hospital in Landisville, PA. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating staffing, and driving financial performance.

You will partner with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of care while optimizing workflows, budgeting, and KPI tracking. A leadership mindset and prior practice management experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or management experience in veterinary, healthcare, multi-unit service, hospitality, or similar industries.
• Strong business and financial acumen with comfort managing budgets and KPIs.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience leading change and improving organizational culture.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a steady, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with practice management software or business systems is a plus.
• Veterinary experience welcomed but not required.
