Job summary

Community Veterinary Partners is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary hospital in Allentown, PA. You will partner with the Lead Veterinarian and CVP to support the team, deliver excellent client service, and meet hospital goals.

Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, coordinating hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, budgeting, and client communication, while ensuring compliance and smooth hospital processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of veterinary hospital management experience.
• Emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hospital team members.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily hospital operations, facility needs, inventory, and equipment.
• Address client concerns and promote a positive patient and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Partner with hospital leadership on budgeting, payroll, and purchasing.
• Support marketing, community outreach, and client communication efforts.
• Manage administrative systems, meetings, and other hospital processes.
• Work occasional hospital shifts as needed.
