Landisville Animal Hospital in Landisville, PA is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a growing small animal hospital and drive workflow optimization. You will partner with the MDVM to align clinical excellence with business performance and build a culture of accountability and collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years in operations/management, strong business acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or management experience (veterinary, healthcare, multi-unit service, hospitality, or similar industries).
• Strong business and financial acumen with comfort managing budgets and KPIs.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience leading change and improving organizational culture.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a steady, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with practice management software or business systems is a plus.
• Veterinary experience welcomed but not required.
