Chewy Vet Care in Jacksonville, FL seeks a full-time Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a brand-new veterinary practice environment. You’ll support paraprofessionals, coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs and SOCs while engaging clients with empathy and high service standards.

The role requires CVPM certification (preferred) and 3+ years of management experience in veterinary settings, with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• CVPM certification preferred and 3+ years of Practice Manager experience.
• Ability to mentor and lead others while maintaining client empathy.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with staff reviews, scheduling, and SOP/SOC adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Support paraprofessional staff in implementing policies and procedures using integrated technology.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership for ongoing staff development.
• Oversee team performance, schedule coordination, and staff reviews.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
• Coordinate inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory needs requests.
• Engage with clients to ensure excellent care and resolve conflicts or complaints.
• Ensure equipment and clinic compliance with OSHA guidelines and SOPs/SOC.
