Job summary

Chewy Vet Care in Jacksonville is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead our newly launched veterinary practices. You will oversee operations, staff development, scheduling, inventory, and client service in a modern clinic built by veterinarians.

You will collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to support and develop the team, ensure SOPs and SOC are followed, and provide mentorship. CVPM certification and clinical leadership experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager.
• 2 years of supervised experience with veterinary radiation machines.
• Experience mentoring and leading others.
• Ability to connect with clients with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, observational, and analytical skills.
• Thrive in a fast paced, self-starter environment.

Responsibilities

• Support paraprofessional staff implementing policies using integrated technology and managing practice operations.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to support and develop the practice team.
• Provide staff management with oversight of operational performance and scheduling.
