Qualifications

• CVPM certification preferred or current
• 3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager
• 2 years of supervised experience with veterinary radiation machines (preferred)
• Experience mentoring and leading others
• Ability to connect with clients with empathy and compassion
• Ability to manage conflict and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support paraprofessional staff and implement policies using integrated technology.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership for development of the practice team.
• Oversee staff management, performance, and scheduling coordination.
• Mentor team members and conduct reviews to support career development.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory requests.
• Engage with clients to ensure excellent care and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and OSHA compliance.
• Guide teams in SOPs and SOC; monitor practice metrics.
• Act as a PIMS super-user and assist others with technology.
• Manage pharmacy holdings and travel as required.
