Chewy Vet Care, PLLC is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead our Healthcare Practice Team and ensure exceptional care for patients and pet parents. You will work in a clinician‑designed facility with advanced equipment and technology to support top‑quality medicine.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager in veterinary settings.
• CVPM certification preferred; ability to obtain CVPM designation.
• Strong client connection, empathy, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support paraprofessional staff and manage operational functions.
• Work with regional and corporate leadership to support the practice team.
• Oversee staff management and scheduling.
• Conduct staff reviews and mentor team members for career development.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory requests.
• Engage with clients to ensure outstanding care and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure equipment and clinic comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Guide team with SOPs and SOCs and monitor practice metrics.
• Operate as a super-user for Chewy Vet Care systems.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and occasional travel.
