Qualifications

• 4+ years hospital management experience, especially in Emergency/Specialty preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead human resources including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop marketing initiatives and community partnerships to grow client base.
• Manage hospital information systems and client communications.
• Supervise all hospital staff and lead leadership team meetings.
• Coordinate patient reminders and wellness programs.
