Gentle Care Pet Clinic is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, guide staff, and manage financial performance in a fast-paced veterinary setting. You will lead a team of technicians and receptionists, optimize scheduling, and ensure exceptional client service.

In this role you will drive marketing efforts, maintain compliance, and coordinate with veterinarians to support growth while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all practice staff, including technicians and receptionists.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, expenses, and accounts receivable.
• Build meaningful client relationships and ensure outstanding service.
• Ensure smooth daily operations: scheduling, inventory, and equipment.
• Lead marketing initiatives and community outreach to attract clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and proper record-keeping.
• Train staff on practice technology and IT needs.
