Job summary

Gentle Care Pet Clinic is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, and financial performance. You will manage budgeting, billing, and HR functions while ensuring exceptional client service and patient care.

This role emphasizes growth, operational excellence, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced veterinary setting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in management, preferably in veterinary or healthcare, with a preferred background in CVPM/CVBL or healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or other relevant areas are preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all practice staff, including technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Oversee budgeting, billing and expense management with regular reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service and communication.
• Manage daily operations: inventory, scheduling, and office supplies.
• Drive marketing and community outreach to attract new clients and retain current ones.
• Ensure compliance with relevant veterinary regulations and safety standards.
• Train staff on technology and software used in the practice.
