Banfield Pet Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee daily hospital operations and lead a team of veterinary professionals. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and associate development to ensure top-notch client and patient care.

In partnership with the chief of staff, you’ll drive business results, foster an engaging team environment, and support growth for Banfield and PetSmart associates where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates; evaluating hospital processes and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; scheduling associates and managing continuing education needs.
• Support daily operations and staff; ensure a positive client and patient experience.
