Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and develop associates. You will partner with the chief of staff to drive business results, while ensuring top-quality veterinary care and a positive client-pet experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (business related preferred) and at least three years of supervisory experience. You’ll manage budgeting, staff scheduling, and education initiatives within Banfield’s framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary, service industry) including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Budget and plan for the hospital; support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and manage continuing education needs.
