You will partner with leadership to educate clients, manage budgets, schedule staff, and support growth through associates development and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with chief of staff to manage day-to-day hospital operations.
• Develop associates and foster an engaging team environment.
• Educate clients about services and ensure a positive experience for patients and their families.
