Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry).
- Experience supervising staff and developing associates.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
- Evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity.
- Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
- Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
- Support daily operations and staff; schedule and manage time off.
- Coordinate continuing education needs for staff.
