Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff to run day-to-day hospital operations and empower the medical team to deliver top-quality veterinary care. You will lead a team, develop associates, and foster an engaging work environment while ensuring clients and patients have positive experiences during visits.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and developing staff, budgeting and hospital planning, scheduling, and educating teams on Banfield

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.) including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, and evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Educate associates on guidelines, budget and planning for the hospital; support daily operations and staff; schedule associates and manage continuing education needs.
