Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager in Oklahoma City to enable the veterinary team to focus on delivering high-quality care. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive business results and develop associates within a supportive environment that values learning and collaboration.

You will partner with clinical staff and leadership to optimize hospital performance, manage budgets, and foster an engaging team culture that aligns with Banfield’s Five Principles of quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
