Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and oversee hospital operations. You will manage day-to-day activities to allow the medical team to deliver top-quality care, while fostering an engaging, growth-oriented team environment.

You’ll collaborate with field leadership, our corporate HQ, and PetSmart associates where applicable. You’ll drive budgeting, staffing, and associate development, ensuring client and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development).

Responsibilities

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
