Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a motivated Veterinary Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff in directing daily hospital operations and staff development. The role focuses on optimizing client and patient experiences while driving business results through strong people leadership and strategic planning.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience, plus at least three years of supervisory experience in a related field.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Three years of related supervisory experience (health care, veterinary, or service industry).
Mansioni
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations to enable veterinarians to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop associates and foster an engaging team environment.
- Lead budgeting, planning, and scheduling for the hospital.
- Educate clients about services and products; ensure excellent client/patient experience.
