You will partner with the chief of staff and collaborate with field leadership and corporate teams to ensure exceptional client and patient experiences while enabling growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, to evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans®, preventive care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
