Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and lead day-to-day operations. You will drive business results, mentor associates, and ensure exceptional client and patient experiences while collaborating with veterinary teams, field leadership, and corporate partners.

The role emphasizes education opportunities, strong organizational skills, problem solving, and leadership to optimize hospital growth and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in veterinary practice management or healthcare operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and continuing education needs.
